Top Of The Line, I used this sharpener for the first time, I worked in a restaurant. Most cooks use steel, but once I tried Accusharp is on. That was 15 years ago. 'Nuff said.

Fein MultiMaster FMM 250Q, I had this tool for over a year and really like it. With over 35 years experience in construction, I am familiar with the instruments of power and this is good. It 'the kind of work other tools can not.
The only downside is the high price of knives and accessories.
